Sergio Borrini

Lombard artist born in Asola, in the province of Mantua. He lives in Milan. After completing his artistic studies at the Institute of Art in Parma, in 1964 he moved to Milan where, for some years, he devoted himself to theatrical scenography collaborating in the creation of stage settings for important Italian and foreign opera houses. He began to paint continuously in 1970, developing, over time, several narrative cycles where irony, fable and legend come together.
He has exhibited with more than 80 solo exhibitions and over 1000 collective exhibitions in several museums and private galleries in Italy and abroad.
